Fertility Reserve Check (FertiCheck)
We measure the woman’s ovarian reserve for you. Whether there are enough eggs in the ovaries can be determined from the laboratory results of estradiol, FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and AMH (Anti-Müller Hormone).
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCO syndrome) and Hyperandrogenemia
The PCO is one of the main causes of infertility and comprises a number of different symptoms. In our practice, we determine the sex hormones SHBG, testosterone, DHEA-S and prolactin for you.
Review of the Luteal Phase
Also known as the corpus luteum phase. This causes a significant increase in progesterone, which promotes implantation in the uterus. Depending on the result, appropriate medication must be administered.
Hyperprolactinemia
An increase in prolactin levels is closely related to pregnancy. However, stress and other factors can also cause an increase.
Thyroid Dysfunction
A thyroid dysfunction can be excluded or monitored and treated using TSH, FT3, FT4.
Perimenopause/Menopause
The oocyte reserve in the ovary has dropped significantly and so has the oestradiol level in the blood. Hot flushes and insomnia are common syndromes.
Prehistoric Menopause (POF Syndrome)
Regular controls 4-6 weeks apart of estradiol, FSH and AMH are used to assess symptoms. A decrease in laboratory values confirms POF syndrome.
